nik.food provides a personal nutrition tracking platform, a recipe library, and an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that enables AI assistants to access and update your nutrition profile. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and MCP token. Do not share your MCP token with parties you do not trust, as it grants full read/write access to your nutrition profile.
nik.food is not a medical service. Calorie estimates provided by AI are approximations and should not be used as the sole basis for medical or dietary decisions. Consult a registered dietitian or physician for professional nutritional advice.
Recipes in the nik.food library are original works created with AI assistance. Ingredient lists and nutritional data are factual and are provided as-is without warranty of accuracy.
You may not use nik.food to scrape, bulk-export, or redistribute recipe content. Automated access beyond reasonable personal use is prohibited.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
